1.如何應(yīng)用NMT開展新冠疫苗開發(fā)及免疫研究?
在當(dāng)今的疫苗研發(fā)過程中,很多疫苗在細(xì)胞水平展現(xiàn)了積極的效果,但到了組織和器官水平,失敗的就非常多。很重要的一個(gè)原因,就是缺少組織和器官水平的篩選模型,而非損傷微測(cè)技術(shù)恰恰彌補(bǔ)了這方面的不足。利用非損傷微測(cè)技術(shù),完全可以對(duì)活體組織進(jìn)行在體檢測(cè),開展免疫機(jī)理、免疫療效的在體研究。
